This website, www.paintercapetown.co.za, is operated by BrushLine Painting Services (formerly Painter Cape Town), a residential painting business in Cape Town. For privacy questions, email info@paintercapetown.co.za.
What we collect
When you send our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), the service you need, your suburb and the description of the job. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
Our website host keeps standard technical logs, such as the pages visited and the type of device used, to keep the site running and secure. This does not include the contents of the quote form.

We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored on our website host and sent to our business email. If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your messages under its own privacy terms and may store them outside South Africa.
How long we keep it
Copies of quote requests stored on the website are deleted automatically after 180 days. We keep information about work we carry out for as long as we need it for invoicing, any agreements with you, and legal and tax records.
Cookies
This website only uses the cookies it needs to work, for example to protect the quote form from spam. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa: inforegulator.org.za.
