Get the property ready for inspection
When you move out, the walls are one of the first things an agent or landlord checks. Marks, nail holes, scuffs and faded patches can count against your deposit. A clean repaint returns the walls to a fresh, even finish.
For landlords and agents, repainting between tenants keeps the property easy to let and protects the walls over time.
Who we help
Tenants
Fill holes, cover marks and repaint where needed before the outgoing inspection.
Landlords and agents
Repaint between tenants so the property is ready for the next occupant.
Owners and buyers
Freshen up before selling, or repaint an empty house before you move in.
What we do
- Fill nail holes and small cracks
- Clean and treat marks, stains and mould
- Touch-ups or full repaints of walls and ceilings
- Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Doors, trims and skirting
Empty homes are easier to paint well
With no furniture in the way, rooms can be painted quickly and evenly. If you are moving in, it is a good moment to change colours before your furniture arrives.
How quotes work
Send the form above, call us or WhatsApp photos of the rooms, and tell us your moving or inspection date. We will tell you what we can fit in and send you a quote. There is no call-out fee.
Questions homeowners ask
Will repainting guarantee I get my deposit back?
No one can promise that, because the landlord or agent decides. Repairing and repainting the walls removes one of the most common reasons for deductions.
Do I need to match the existing colour?
Usually yes, if the lease says the property must be returned in its original condition. Let us know the current colour or send photos and we will discuss it.
Can you paint just a few walls?
Yes. We do touch-ups as well as full repaints.
